Elizabeth Williams

Elizabeth returns to Big City Mountaineers as Executive Director, bringing deep roots in the organization and more than 20 years of experience in outdoor youth development. She began at BCM in 2008 as an intern and grew into leadership roles before serving in senior positions at Colorado Outward Bound School and SOS Outreach. Elizabeth is passionate about the power of nature, caring relationships, and inclusive access to life-changing outdoor experiences for young people.
