Big City Mountaineers is a national nonprofit that partners with youth-serving organizations in each of our program regions. We accomplish a lot each year with our small team of paid staff! However, our unique model for providing transformative, often first-time outdoor experiences for youth means that we rely on a much broader team of supporters and champions.
