Big City Mountaineers is committed to supporting our Summit for Someone climbers every step of the way, helping to ensure you reach your fundraising goal and have fun while doing it! We'll help you set up a climber donation page and encourage you to take full advantage of the various fundraising tools that we have gathered for your use, including direct support from BCM staff.
Many participants in the Summit for Someone program are first-time climbers as well as first-time fundraisers. Therefore, we are fully committed to your successful journey to both climb the peak of your choice, and to raise the funds that will help under-resourced youth have that opportunity as well.

Gear + Incentives
Big City Mountaineers has partnerships with many incredible brands and companies that are committed to supporting our efforts and those of our Summit for Someone climbers. We are proud to provide every participant on an SFS peak climb with a gear package that is designed to help you keep enjoying your many outdoor adventures!
Generally, gear packages are mailed to SFS climbers once they have reached 50% of their overall fundraising commitment. If you would like to find out more about what products will be featured in the gear packages this season, please contact the Summit for Someone program coordinator for details.
Mountain Gear is an outdoor gear retailer based in Spokane, WA that supports both BCM youth programming and the Summit for Someone program. They generously provide gear storage and shipping to BCM and all SFS climbers free of charge.
