In order for Big City Mountaineers to plan and execute safe wilderness trips involving teams of individuals with varying levels of experience, we require ALL participants, including the teens, to complete and return an application. The BCM Youth Application asks questions about the background, including medical history, of the teen and must be completed by both the teen and his/her parent /guardian. The application is provided to each of our youth agency partners for distribution ONLY to the specific teens they have selected to participate in a BCM trip. If you or your teen has been selected and you need an additional copy of the Youth Application, please contact your sponsoring Youth Agency or download the application below. **PLEASE NOTE** BCM works EXCLUSIVELY with existing youth development agencies. We do NOT work directly with individual teens or their parents. This application MUST be submitted to BCM through one of our youth agency partners in order for the teen applicant to be placed on a BCM trip.
