Challenge Yourself to Change a Young Life

Hike for BCM

Big City Mountaineers can help you add a fundraising component to your next hike, whether you’re trekking up a local mountain or thru-hiking the Continental Divide Trail.

Ken Dawson raised over $25,000 for BCM in 2015

We’ll provide you with a fundraising guide, your own fundraising page, and a library of inspirational stories, quotes, pictures and videos of BCM youth that you can use to inspire your friends & family to donate to BCM.

Unlike our guided Summit for Someone climbs that require a pledge to raise at least $2,900, there is no minimum fundraising requirement if you choose this option.

Ken Dawson added a fundraising component to his thru-hike of the Continental Divide Trail in 2015.

“I want to match my passion for 3,100 miles of thru-hiking with that of raising money and awareness for a great cause; giving kids from urban areas the opportunities they would never have if it wasn’t for the BCM program.” – Ken Dawson
