Peer Leader and Alumni Leadership Programs
BCM offers two different opportunities for returning students to stay involved. Peer Leaders go on expedition with your youth agency filling either a student or an adult slot. They are expected to role-model, communicate, and lead their peers while in the backcountry.

Youth Agency staff are welcome to borrow any gear that we provide for students (see Teen Packing lists). Here are activity specific packing lists should you chose to bring your own gear:
